Hiya I’m 19 years old , and have just been to my gp with a swallon lyth node under my right armpit I also have redness of both my breasts can anyone help me or give me info please I have a mammogram booked this Wednesday . Thankyou
Welcome to our forum. I am so sorry to hear that you are experiencing pain under your arm and redness in your breast. You are young to have cancer and there can be simpler solutions. I sincerely hope that this will be so for you.
When you attend the breast clinic, they will do some tests. It will take 1-2 weeks after that before you get the results, so don't expect to get a definite diagnosis on Wednesday. I see that you are just having a mammogram. Don't be surprised if you have to have an ultrasound and/or a biopsy as well.
