My mother has got a breast cancer I would like to buy a cannabis oil to try but i don't know which one. There's too many of them on the market. Any ideas?

While there is evidence that medicinal cannabis products can help manage pain and side-effects from cancer treatment there is currently no reliable evidence that it can effectively treat cancer in patients. Further trials are needed to understand whether cannabis-containing products could be used to treat cancer in the future. Taking cannabis oil could potentially interfere with other cancer treatments given to your mother by a doctor, and can carry other side effects and risks as well so do be sure to discuss this with her medical team before looking in to this further.
