It's only natural, after seeing a loved one going through cancer, to be worried about your own health and given that you found a lump it might be a good idea to book an appointment with your GP to have that checked, in case you haven't done that yet.
A lot of times lumps and bumps turn out to be nothing serious but it's always best to have a doctor checking, even if it is just for your peace of mind.
