My dad has been advised tumour to big to be removed and has spread to the liver 6 small spots. So it’s 6 rounds of chemo and Cetuximab started on the second round. He then has to be rescanned to see if the tumour can be removed .

I only had symptoms for about 4 weeks before going to the doctor, luckily they referred me, mine was stage 3 and had gone to my lymph nodes hence why I have to have the chemo, fingers crossed your dad's tumour shrinks enough for the operation.

That’s good that you got the diagnosis so quick . How much chemo have you had ? 

I've only had 1 lot got my next session on a week today, the chemo wasn't too bad it's the tablet's I found I suffered with.

Hope you go on ok I’ve never asked what stage my dads is at . He seems be coping ok with Chemo bless him He has a pic line fitted .

You can ask the consultant if you wanted to know, unless they do that after his operation. I had cannula which was okay, just hoping the next round is the same.
