Hello Haybe, 

If you have been referred to have a colonoscopy, then it would be a good idea to still go to your appointment even if this only happened a couple of times back in November and the issue hasn't returned since. The colonoscopy will give you peace of mind and shed some light on what is going and whether there is any cause for concern or not.
