Help !!!

is this possibly cancer?

feel the need to go to the toilet I've sat down done my business only had one small lump. This looks like a red tissue/ clot with blood red blood dripping from my bum. 
 

this has been nearly 3 weeks now some days worse than others blood on my stool sometimes not loads sometimes dripping, clots in my stool, clots without stool, blood without stool 

been to doctors need to get a colonoscopy 

here a some notes I've been making 

Red blood on my stool 

Red but slightly darker blood in my stool like deep red lumps integrated with almost like clots 

Even see blood now without even passing anything 

Seen 2 drops of blood today for the first time 23/5/23

Started off my stool becoming narrow like thin 10mm wide 

Not had a poo in 4 days well 2 movements for 4-5 maltesers size balls 

Feeling weak

Tired suddenly fighting to keep my eyes open some times 

No appetite one minute then could eat a horse the next day 

Massive change in movements could be hard and easy to pass them water and easy to pass then next day rock hard but small balls drops 

Feeling like I need to go suddenly but can’t go 

Lost 21 lbs in 3 months maybe less. 

I try eat loads and even put carbs in my drinks for extra calories 

Get bloated sometimes

  abdominal pain or discomfort like I need to go 

passing clots on there own now with considerable amount of blood 30/5/2023

blood amount has increased again it's literally dripping aboit 10-15 drops why I was just passing wind 30/5/2023
