Yes you can get BCC on any part of  your body. Especially those areas exposed to sunlight. If your a woman lower leg is often a site for BCC. Get it checked out by a dermatologist. Dont just trust your GP they seem very poor at diagnosing skin cancers, and when they do often treat it as a trivial matter.
