Have you asked the consultant are palliative team about the   malignant Ascites as to why it's not slowing down? it's not very pleasant an the Ascites is uncomfortable I'm sure,  do you get a Albumin drip put up while Ascites is being drained? I understand different cancers require different procedures. how long have you been having lvps done? (ie drained) 

Hi thanks for the reply . Currently being drained every 7-10 days and am going to have a Pluerx fitted so I can manage it myself at home . This has been going on for 3 months now.Just want it to stop though and was hoping to hear some success stories my team say there’s a chance that the meds will slow it down but I need to give it time xx

Hope your as well as can be expected!   Each condition is individual, my brother had Pluerx drain witch I emptied daily sadly his illness was widespread when they diagnosed him, as I said everyone is different,  I really hope an pray you find great relief with your Pluerx an get ease, thinking off you.
