Armpit lump and waiting for appointment

Hello

Nice to meet you all! I'm 34 and 20 week pregnant . I've had a lump in the armpit for the past 5 weeks which has steadily grown. GP unconcerned at telephone consult and confident it was just pregnancy related tissue etc (I had that in a previous pregnancy) but her tone changed massively after examination.  She found 1/2 more lumps too (though not as big). She feels sure it's lymphnodes from its firm /round feel . She admitted she was concerned. So full panic in place .... . no signs of infection and lump has steadily grown (but still only sort of butter bean size.

my mum had breast cancer at 40 though hers presented as a breast lump.

If it is indeed my lymphnodes would it have to be a breast lump I can't feel to be breast cancer? Sorry stupid question.

I have no other lymphnodes up around my body that I'm aware of.

I think I'll go privately for the one step breast clinic so I can be seen this Wednesday ( a week earlier) .

I cope better with facts. Is this a real risk ? Wouldn't I have felt a breast lump (though I do have implants and large breast consequently) .

I guess I can expect an ultrasound and maybe even a biopsy?

thank you
