I see that this is your first post, so welcome to Cancer Chat. There is a test to see if you carry a faulty gene that would make you more likely to develop cancer, but having this test can produce some ramefications, Some cancers are more difficult to diagnose than others.
As far as I know, there is no single test to diagnose all cancers, but they can be tested individually. I don't think that this is usually done unless there is a suspicion of cancer. Do you have a family history or are you having any worrying symptoms?
