Hi there and welcome to the forum.  Try not to worry about your smear test.    The smear will show up any sign of the HPV - it is slways best to  know.  Millions of women have smear tests every working day and the majority of them show no problems - it is a good and important test for our health.    Look at it this way - if you didn't go for a smear you would worry non-stop in case you have something that needs to be treated - whether that is the case or not you will at least have the reassurance of doing everything possible to safeguard your health and get on caring for your precious daughters.  Annie
