So what you seem to be saying is that surgery may be possible but only if the Timor can be shrunk to a certain size which you hope will happen through the chemo your mum is about to undergo. 

My advice would to be to research other cases of stomach cancer and try to to find some success cases where tumor have been shrunk and you can actually see some evidence of what has been triedand worked. 

It’s all to easy to go go buying this and that off the internet, there is a lot of explotation when it comes to cancer. Maybe you could research other cancer consultants and see what they have been offering theie patients. Where there is will there is hope.
