It may be directly related to your treatment, or it may be due to another medical condition. It does suggest a hip, pelvis, or back/spinal issue.

I would ask your GP or hospital team about it anyhow. They may order some x-rays, or an MRI scan. Sometimes you can have some tissue swelling after radiotherapy treatment. But you can also develop arthritis or back disc issues any when too. So it makes sense to mention it, and see what the doctors think it is.
