a lump ontop of my head and a bad cough

i’m really concerned at the moment as i’ve had a small lump on my head for a while now. A few months ago before last christmas i was basically punched in the head/slapped and recently i’ve developed a terrible cough and blocked nose as of today i can breath through my nose barely. Any suggestions to what this might be?

Unfortunately no one here will be in a position to tell you what this might be so the best thing to do is to make an appointment to go and see the doctor who will be able to tell you more about it. So don't hesitate to pick up the phone and see your GP. I am sure they will be able to explain this fully to you and to give you the reassurance you need at the moment.
