Hi guys, I’m so scared right now, I noticed bright red blood on a tissue after finishing from the toilet 3/4 days ago and then it stopped for one bowel movement and resumed for the remaining, however, what compelled me to post is the fact that today (after holding it in overnight)  there was quite a bit more blood and this terrified me, I am overweight a lot, I do strain/remain on the toilet for long period of time however the past 2/3 days I avoided straining and avoided remaining and still blood, I even changed what I ate since yesterday and today yet still.

I know Haemorrhoids can cause this, there’s no pain, but I am genuinely terrified.
