Thank you for wanting a Talk Cancer workshop. As we are a UK-based charity our private training options are only for organisations based within the UK. However, if you are still interested in the training please sign up to our online quarterly workshop for individuals. The information presented will be UK based, but you may still find the information and tips still useful.

We only have a limited number of funded workshops available and can only consider applications from those who meet all the criteria and haven’t already received a funded workshop this financial year.

£1,250 - Train the Presenter workshop (10-16 trainees)

Live online workshop

£380 - 2-hour live online Talk Cancer workshop (10-40 trainees)
£380 - 2-hour live online Talk Cancer for Pharmacy workshop (10-40 trainees)

What is a suitable venue?

The venue that your organisation provides for the workshop must have the following facilities:
•    WiFi or cable internet connection – functional
•    Training room to be available to the Talk Cancer trainers for one hour before the workshop start time and at least 30 minutes after the finish time
•    Chairs in U-shape configuration or double U-shape configuration with no tables (preferred, but not essential)
•    Access to at least 4 electrical sockets
•    Flipchart stand
•    Flipchart or whiteboard
•    Screen or wall suitable for screening on
•    First Aid Kit
•    LCD projector (desirable, but not essential)
•    Refreshments for trainees (desirable but not essential)

*This list does not include anything related to coronavirus, but you can discuss health and safety requirements with a member of the Talk Cancer team.
