Mobile phone applications are being increasingly used to support patients with chronic diseases, including cancer. Good health outcomes are dependent on healthy behaviours such as exercise, diet and taking prescribed medications correctly. But these are not always easy to do, especially when coping with a cancer diagnosis. People can be helped to achieve this at home using a mobile phone application. This could help patients undergo potentially lifesaving treatments.

The researchers are looking for people who...

  • Have a lived experience with cancer, or are relatives/carers of a person with cancer
  • Want to use their experience to help shape the research plans
  • Can have a short and informal telephone conversation with a member of the team

You do NOT need experience with research to take part.

If you are interested to help, please contact the team via email on rebekahyoung@nhs.net
