We are holding a ‘thanking day’ in February 2019 dedicated to calling and thanking our regular givers. Help us improve the way we thank our supporters by answering mock calls in January and providing valuable feedback on the phone script!

We’ve been delivering a campaign called ‘Because of You’ to engage our 1.1 million regular givers by thanking them and demonstrating the impact of their giving. Our research is dependent on regular donations which bring in approx. £90 million each year. We hope the campaign will encourage donors to continue their support.
As part of this activity, CRUK staff will call and thank our regular donors in February 2019. This will include a script which we want to test in mock calls beforehand.
How will it work?
You provide your availability between 14th – 18th January to receive calls. Within a 1-hour slot at your convenience (e.g. 4-5pm), we will call you for 5-10 mins to test the script. We will not prescribe a specific time so that the experience is as close to the real thing as possible.
