The role

We’re looking for keen volunteers to support in our Marketplace Hub in Romford to help us drive sales for our various online marketplaces such as eBay and Depop.

What you will be doing

There are many different roles in our Marketplace Hub to choose from. You could be

  • Processing stock (measuring items and completing information cards for items to be listed online)
  • Photographing processed stock in the photography studio
  • Picking and packing purchased items for dispatch to their new owner
  • Writing adverts and listing items on our online marketplaces
  • Helping keep the hub clean and tidy  

Your commitment and location

There is no minimum time commitment for this role, we'll be happy to have you for as long as you're able to support us!

This role is based in our CRUK Marketplace Hub located at Unit 40 Bates Industrial Estate, Church Road, Harold Wood, Romford, RM3 0HU

What kind of person are we looking for

You don't need any formal experience to volunteer in our Marketplace Hub, however if you're a dab hand with a camera, this will be put to good use! You just need to be motivated, hardworking and enjoy working as part of a team.

Please note that you must be aged 18 or over to volunteer in our Marketplace Hub, unless you're on a recognised scheme such as Duke of Edinburgh. Feel free to email us  if you're under 18, to check if you can get involved.
