The difference your money makes

Woman working in a Cancer Research UK lab

1 in 2 of us will get cancer in our lifetime.* All of us can play our part to help beat it.

Thanks to your support through this challenge, we can continue to fund life-saving research.

We're working hard to reach our goal of 3 in 4 people surviving their cancer by 2034 and every step we take towards beating cancer relies on every pound donated.

Facebook fundraisers are automatically set up for 10 days. To make the most of your fundraising efforts, you just need to change the end date to keep your fundraiser open throughout the challenge.

To change the end date simply, click ‘More’ under the invite button, then click ‘Edit Fundraiser’.

There is not a minimum amount of fundraising that we set for participant, but we recommend you set a reasonable target of raising about £150.

Don't worry if you miss a day, you could always carry on into December or double your number of squats on another day. Take on the challenge in a way that suits you.

You don't need to prove evidence that you've completed your challenge but we recommend sharing your progress with your friends and family to encourage sponsorship!

We'll provide a digital certificate at the end of the challenge. Unfortunately, we cannot provide medals to finishers, however, you will be able to claim your free t-shirt to wear with pride for your challenge.
