Stockport Virtual Twilight Walk 2021

About this event:

Last year you raised more than £15,000 by taking part in Stockport’s first ever Twilight Walk for Cancer Research UK! The world has changed a lot since then but we still need to support life-saving cancer research.

On the day:

Join us on Saturday 13th February for a virtual Twilight Walk! When you register you will receive an online sponsorship page and a pack including a paper lantern – on the day, take a walk near your home as it starts to go dark and take a photo of yourself with your lantern. We will share these photos with everyone registered. Later in the day we will be live streaming a virtual Candle of Hope ceremony, to remember those lost to cancer. In your pack you will also receive a candle bag to dedicate to a loved one who has had a cancer diagnosis.
