Join Cancer Research UK at the 2020 South Coast Triathlon and help us beat cancer sooner.

Taking place on the same weekend as the South Coast Half Marathon, 10K & 5K Fun Run, this Triathlon is located on the East Sussex coast line and offers an open water sea swim, a flat, closed to traffic bike route and a scenic promenade run.

Choose from one of the following distances, get your sponsorship pack and help us bring forward the day when all cancers are cured.

Olympic & Relay: 1500m swim - 40k cycle - 10k run

Sprint & Relay: 750m swim - 20k cycle - 5k run

Super Sprint & Fun: 200m swim -10k cycle - 2.5k run
