About the event
The One day Scratch Orchestra is the brain child of David and Anne Pitts. This ‘scratch’ event on Sunday 28th January 2018 at the Colston Hall in Bristol, brings together 250 amateur musicians and 250 singers to form a massive amazing orchestra, so big it spills in to the audience.
On the day
The performers are sent the music in advance so they can practice then they get together and rehearse in the morning and give a concert in the afternoon.
The concert is FREE to the audience - but audience members will be encouraged to give generously to Cancer Research UK: So please do invite as many of your friends and family, and anyone else you can think of.
Everyone is welcome, so please come along and be part of something truly amazing and inspiring, because with your help we will beat cancer sooner.
