Race start time 10am

Please arrive 30 minutes before the start. You will need your running number that will be sent to you in the post prior to your event.

Before the race starts there will be a short warm up and safety briefing.

This route is predominantly through uneven, winding forest paths with lots of exposed tree roots so strong, supportive running shoes are essential. There are some hills which can get wet and muddy so trail shoes will help if you have them.

Please make sure you bring spare layers for the cold autumn weather and dress appropriately for the conditions.

The race will be chip timed using ResultsBase.

The event will be timed via the chip on the back of your running number. You don't need to do anything to activate this, it will automatically time you when you cross the start line
