Join Cancer Research UK at the UK Tri Birmingham Triathlon and together we will beat cancer.

Swim, cycle and run your way through the heart of Birmingham and take in its rural beauty. Get ready to swim in the largest lake of Sutton Park at 48 acres! Cycle through stunning scenery before running through ancient woodland.

Olympic & Relay: 1500m swim - 40k cycle - 10k run

Sprint & Relay: 750m swim - 20k cycle - 5k run

Super Sprint & Fun: 200m swim - 10k cycle - 2.5k run
