Join Cancer Research UK at the ABP Southampton Half Marathon and together we will beat cancer.
Now an important part of the city's calendar this exciting route involves the best to see of Southampton. Some undulating hills keeps this a tough but exciting course for all runners.
Not only will you be able to run along the waters edge in Riverside Park, and past the Premier League Saints stadium, but the Itchen Bridge will be closed allowing you to run over and back across the bridge. At nearly 100ft, you will get a stunning view of the entire city, right up the river, across the commercial centre and then out to sea, with the Isle of Wight in the distance. Celebrate your success when you reach the stunning finish in front of the Guildhall in Southampton’s city centre.
This event is an ideal choice for both first time half marathon runners and seasoned pros. With approximately 10,000 runners expected for this event, join our team and make it a weekend to remember with the whole family.
