Pampered Chef Prize Draw 2014 – Terms and Conditions

 

 

  1. This Prize Draw is open to UK residents only aged 18 or over except employees of the Promoter and its subsidiaries, any advertising and promotional agencies, the prize supplier and anyone else directly connected with the Prize Draw, together with their immediate family members and/or personal partners. The Promoter reserves the right to request evidence of the identity and age of any entrant.    
  2. To be eligible for the Prize Draw entrants must have signed up to the Promoter’s BBQ fundraising campaign by 11.59pm on Tuesday 8th July 2014 (the “Closing Date”) and not opted out of marketing communications.
  3. Please email bbq@cancer.org.uk by 11.59pm on Sunday 13th July 2014 if you do not wish to be entered into the Prize Draw.
  4. There will be twenty prizes of a Pampered Chef BBQ hamper (each consisting of a selection of useful BBQ utensils with a total value of approximately £100).
  5. The prizes must be accepted as awarded and are non-transferable or convertible to cash or other substitutes.
  6. The prizes are subject to any additional terms and conditions of the prize provider.
  7. The Prize Draw will take place on Monday 14th July 2014. The winners will be the first twenty valid entries selected at random. Reserve winners will also be selected in case the original winners cannot be contacted or do not provide the necessary information.
  8. Winners will be notified via email no later than 11.59pm on Monday 14th July 2014 and asked to contact the Promoter via email at bbq@cancer.org.uk with their name and postal address. The Promoter will send the prizes to each winner on or before the week commencing Monday 21st July 2014.
  9. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond to communications within three days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to award a prize to a reserve winner selected as set out above.
  10. The names and home counties of the winners will be made available on request via bbq@cancer.org.uk for up to 28 days from Friday 18th July 2014.
  11. By participating in the Prize Draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (which may be amended or varied at any time by the Promoter with or without notice) and by the Promoter’s decisions, which are final in all matters relating to these Terms and Conditions, the Prize Draw and/or the results and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into. Entries not complying with these Terms and Conditions will not be valid.
  12. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incorrect email addresses or incomplete personal details provided by a winner. Incomplete or corrupt entries or those not complying with these Terms and Conditions will not be valid.
  13. Personal information collected from entrants will be used by the Promoter solely in connection with the Prize Draw and in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy at http://www.cancerresearchuk.org/terms-and-conditions/privacy-statement and will not be disclosed to any third party except for the purpose of operating the Prize Draw and fulfilling prizes where applicable.
  14. By participating in this Prize Draw, the winners agree to participate in such promotional activity and material as the Promoter may require.
  15. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in respect of any dispute arising out of or in connection with them.
