We can collect from you if:

• You're donating furniture and live within a 20-mile radius of one of our Superstores which sells furniture. You can also donate any amount of bags at the same time if you wish.

• You're donating 25 or more bags (no furniture) and live within a 20-mile radius of any of our shops and Superstores.

To make our fundraising efforts targeted and effective and understand how much you may be able to give, we may research you using publicly available sources.

We may try to obtain up-to-date contact details for you using external sources if you move house, so that we can stay in touch.

Retail Gift Aid

If you are a UK taxpayer and you say 'Yes' to Retail Gift Aid, your pre-loved items can be worth 25% more to us at no extra cost to you. For every £1 we sell your items for, we'll be able to claim an additional 25p under the government's Gift Aid scheme.

If you've already signed up to Retail Gift Aid, please print your own bag labels and include one in each bag.
