If you're stressed it can wear you out and that makes you tired all the time we've all been through it. Look after yourself or you'll be ill in other ways as well try to eat and drink normally I know it'll take some doing but you can do it., oh and welcome to the forum the club nobody wants to join, God bless.
I am 60 years old and I have prostate cancer.As the cancer is localized the doctor told me that the fact that I am very fit and healthy I will be back to a 100% in a couple of months but as you said it is still a stressful time.
Like your self I am positive and making sure I look after myself
