I found a tiny lump, that I think is circular (not sure) in my left testicle today. I'm aware that thankfully the rates of testicular cancer are low (im 16). I am going to go to the doctors soon to get it checked, if I go to the doctors within a week is that waiting too long? What else could it be if non-cancerous (please please please)? I got someone else to feel it but they couldn't find it, however I am sure it is there as have felt it multiple times, however sometimes can take a while to find. My main question I suppose is can it develop severely within a week (as I am likely to get an appointment within a week, hopefully this Fri/Sat/Sun), assuming it appeared at most probably within the past 2 or 3 days. Thanks all.
Hi 123hhhh123 and welcome to the forum.
As we're a support forum no-one can diagnose or tell you what this lump is but you're doing the right thing by going to the doctor to get it checked. We have quite a few male members that have been in a similar situation who will know about the worry you're feeling and hopefully some of them will be along soon to offer their support and advice.
I hope you don't have to wait too long to see the doctor and that they are able to put your mind at ease once you've seen them.

Hi 123hhhh123. Welcome to the forum.
As Steph has said, we're not doctors but it is safe to say that there are many things this could be, and most of them are harmless!
You are doing exactly the right thing seeing your GP, who may well be able to set your mind at rest at once. If not, then you'll probably be sent for a testicular ultrasound. I had one of these a month or so ago due to unexplained pains in my naughty bits - the scan found nothing strange or unusual.
There are very few cancers where the delay of a week will really make a difference to the outcome, so I wouldn't worry about the delay.
