Hello I have a neuroendocrine tumour on my pancreas and was given a prognosis of 6 months over 4 years ago I claimed my life insurance on grounds of terminal illness 2 years ago as I am unable to work. The policy was a joint one with my husband. 4 months ago I discovered he was having an affair with his ex wife and I promptly kicked him out. I am starting divorce proceedings today and would like to know if he could make a claim for the life insurance money? Can anybody advise please?
