Stem cell transplant

Hi there

I have a rare type of Leukaemia (mixed phenotype acute leukaemia) which has a 50% survival rate at my age. I am also extremely worried as soon I will have to have a stem cell transplant and have a nasogastric tube inserted. I am very worried over both the survival rate and the stem cell transplant/tube insertion. Any thoughts which may be positive about this?

Thanks
