I'm trying to raising money for cancer victims (stage 3 nasal lymphoma),I have a donor that would like to help but he wants me to give him diagnosis of the cancer and/or a description of the treatment and a summary of the costs involved. I need help from any one that can provide me with this information.

I will appreciate any useful help.

Hello Andreaka 15,

Thank you for posting on Cancer Chat.

I am afraid it’s not possible for anyone except the specialist doctor involved in the care of an individual with nasal cancer to know exactly what treatment would be needed.    You can read our information about nasal cancer and how it can be treated but this is really only helpful for people living in the UK, click here. to see it. You would also need to take into account the actual care from health professionals and attending hospital which would also add to the cost of treating someone.

We are not a hospital and do not treat people with cancer so cannot tell you how much it would cost to treat any individual.  I think the best thing to do would be to contact a  private hospital with as much information about the patient and the treatment that has been recommended by the doctor caring for the patient. They may be able to give you an idea but probably cannot give an exact figure.  There are many hospitals in the UK that provide private cancer treatment and care.  I can’t recommend one but you might find that contacting the private patient team at the Royal Marsden Hospital in London helpful, click here  to see their details.  Also the London Oncology Centre , details of which are here.

I hope this helps,
