Hi - hope everyone doing OK. So I have BC, but because of that I've acquired 'a daughter'. The young girl I'm paying to help me, until I can drive again. She is simply the nicest girl - polite, chatty, kind, caring. Cheers me up immensely. May be my lifeline for radio. She has just sat her a levels and the money is good for her to have over the summer. So lucky to have found her ( and her parents are more than happy with the arrangement). Bad days and then days when you think, hey this isn't too bad and that's the days Cancer hates, cos it isn't winning.
Spot on Billy, a 'win win' indeed. All organised with stuff for chicken casserole for my friend and myself to have when we get back from Hosp on Monday (results day). Making it will keep me occupied tomorrow. The boredom is a real bummer isn't it? x
Boredom you're not kidding I've been working since 15 had to retire at 67 i do meals clean up, and watch Mrs asleep most of time that's why I'm on here so much keeps me occupied,. If Mrs gets sorted and can walk OK I'm going back to work if i don't hear from you before Monday good luck ill have my fingers crossed,.
Wow Billy that is amazing that you are aiming to go back to work. I will be rooting for you to achieve that goal. My grandad/ dad were brass and iron founders. What did you cast (make)?
