Could be if your really active, you might have over done it, and it's caused this, as they advised me after lymph nodes are taken to go easy and gradually build up ..

It could be anastrazol but that's quite quick to get effects ... but if I wer you I'd give oncology team a ring and ask nurse for advice ... Chrissie x

i did gradually build up and did exercises. Strange after 5 weeks to get this. Have read about “cording” and wonder if it’s that. Definitely feel as though it is running all down my arm. Have rung Macmillan nurses at my breast unit but it was a recorded message. Will see if anyone rings me back tomorrow or Friday.

like you I think won’t be anything to do with Anastrazole, too early for that!

It could be cording as I've had a few times since breast surgery in April and best thing is gently massage it a few times a day and it can be painful but keep with it x

Hi there yes it was cording ŵhich lasted 3 weeks. Regular massage and stretching helped. Thankfully it had resolved by the time I started radiotherapy so I wasn't restricted only another 3 sessions to go then I'm done xx

Yes the cording was very uncomfortable while it lasted. Am doing ok, feeling a bit tired but not too sore and just 3 days to go now, so not long.
