Don't know if im any help, my PSA didn't drop at all after having first injection and tablets ,4months later I had chemotherapy ,it drops from 1581 to 41 in first month and keeps dropping for two years to 0.03 ,(i had 6 session chemo 1a month ) then started rising slowly for two years to 1.9 , then jumped to 65 in 2 months and I was put on stronger hormone therapy tablets,(march 2020) and its dropped again latest is 0.04.

i was originally diagnosed Feb 2016 , classed as uncurable .its classed as stage 4 T3B N1 M1B Gleason 8 . It's gone to lymph nodes spine ribs pelvis and a lung.,now classed as palative care .

 There are alot of different hormone therapy types.injection and tablets it's possible another will help . remember im a cancer patient no medical knowledge apart from my own and what I've been reading about others.

i feared that no hormone treatments will work as the psa level went back up so quickly.
