Cancer took my grandad 2 weeks ago he fought and battled for 4yrs. I’ve felt pain, anger, sadness and worry while he was here. Now I feel numb I have never experienced grief. Could anyone please advise me on who can support me x
Hello .the samartians can be very good for a quick fix all you do is find the freephone number ring the number and just explain and they will chat .bereavment counciling from gp practice theres theres cruse bereavment if you look these up on the web theres theres lots of help out for you and on here to. Ime sorry about your grandad you will be feeling numbe at the moment just try and chat to people about it talking is the best help for grief best wishs paul
