mass in abdominal wall c section help

would love some support and advice in march 2021 6 months after a c section i was very i'll in hospital with mass in abdomen and on uterus and infection in fluid between and kept in a week iv and mri and ct scans said wasnt cancer possibly endromitiois anyway it got worse then vanished on its own.

march 2022 i notice the lump lower left abdomen get refered to gynaecology they send me for scan the scan then request urgent cancer referral to general surgery.

my appointment is this monday. last two months i have been so unwell constantly tired constant headaches and feeling unwell all time last few days where lump is i had terrible pains so have been sent to hospital had a ct which shows mass abdominal wall near c section scar first surgon duty tells me i have to have operation soon to remove it and have biopsy done to check but needs to confirm in morning with head consaultant. the head consaultant said he thinks it's linked to gynaecology so won't see me now also thinks it could be a lymph node which was stated also in ultrasounds i have been waiting all day to see gynovology to be told no i'm not urgent go home and call and wait months for appointment. i argued and am now staying to see the surgeon again in morning who refered me and advice would be appreciated im worries it's cancer it's been here possibly two years and i worry if it's lymphoma also. they have told me it could be cancer but it's very rare so are not taking me seriously i'm not sure what to do. please advise
