Hi everyone,  not sure if this will reach anyone, but I am a bit worried about something.  This evening I have found a pea size lump under my skin at the bottom of my neck/shoulder. It hurts to press it. Has anyone else ever had a similar thing? I wasn't sure whether this was anything more serious? I will of course be making an appointment with the doctors in the morning
