Hi there - I'm sorry your mum is not well. If the doctor or consultant has said it's likely your mum has stomach cancer then perhaps you need to prepare for news which isn't too good. However, even if it's likely it does NOT mean that you need to fear the worst. There are all kinds of treatments available which can help or even cure cancer.

It's likely that someone here will be along who has experience of this kind of cancer who will give you help & advice. In the meantime you say you don't know what to do. There is no reason why you should know what to do if you have not had this experience before. What I would say is that you need to take things one step at a time & not think beyond those steps. 1st step is that she is being tested. 2nd step is for you just to be there & support her as best you can until step 3 which is when the final results come in.

It may well be that you are worrying for no good reason so keep as busy as you can doing everyday stuff try not to focus on negative thoughts. All may be well for your mum:)
