High grade smear results displaying symptoms.

So I'm 27 and just had my first smear.

I've had many issues over the years gyne related, always put off my smear and further investigations when appointements have been booked. One i went to stated I had an erosion on my cervix and made an appointment for further testing but I never attended. I've always had irregular bleeding since my children (born 2011 and 2012) was put on combined pill and implant to control the bleeding.. I then started experiencing bad cramping which had been put down as IBS. And just generally feeling really *** and run down all the time.

My issues has become more apparent since August 2018. I lost 22lb in 8 weeks with no diet but was under a lot of stress so lost my appetite. Since October I've had persistent lower back pain (dull ache but I'm a tattooist so put it down to posture) and pains toward the hip groin area which worsen after intercourse and are persistent for days. Intercourse is getting uncomfortable also a cough started.  In November I had a severe acute kidney infection  which landed me in hospital and on anti biotics. No water infection before hand either. Hospital requested I attend the doctors after finishing my course of meds. Inbetween my next app my mum was taken Ill and passed away leaving it 9-10 weeks before I booked my appointment.  No UTI no bacterial vag no STI/STD no thrush no nothing all swabs and bloods come back fine. I but had a persistent high temperature throughout a period of 2-3 weeks. The doc requested they do a smear. I attended the appointment and it was unbelievably painful to a point she was going to stop. As soon as it was over she stated she was booking a referral for a colposcopy anyway as I'm displaying numerous symptoms and it would push through a referral instead of waiting for the results. And in the mean time wait for my results in the post. I had really unusual bleeding like it was fleshy and lumpy and continued for around a week with bad period type pains and cramping. I got my results through They came friday day and it's showing I have high grade dyskaryosis and I'm booked for a colposcopy Tuesday (fast!!)

I'm just looking for anyone who has had a familiar experience and symptoms and the outcome? Thank you all for reading I just have no idea what to think because of the doctor saying I'm displaying numerous symptoms
