My lovely friend was told today that the chemo he1s been receiving has stopped working and the cancer has spread. He has been given a year to live...I feel...so sad..guilty for crying as it's not me with Cancer.

Please try not to be too hard on yourself as your feelings reflect how much you care for your friend and these are both natural and completely understandable reactions to hearing such news. I'm sure our members would agree and hopefully some of them will be along soon to offer their support and advice.
