Hi Brian, that is great news to hear! Now, you can breathe easy for awhile, at least until your next screening. I'm sure it must be a big relief to get good results as we all know when the date for a re-check looms on the horizon, things get a little tense for us to say the least. I'm really pleased for you and Mrs. B also, because this cancer thing affects more than the person with the disease. Its' unfortunate that our lives revolve around cancer issues once we have the diagnosis, but to stay alive longer, its' necessary that we do the follow-up.

Its over six years now since I completely finished my treatment soI am very pleased with my latest results. I feel so lucky that Mrs B made me go when I did for had I left it, it could well have been a differnt story.

None of us like going to the doctors especially as I thought mine was only a small problem in that when I heard water running into the metal kicthen sink, I had to run to the loo. I didnt think there was anything much wrong but how wrong I was, for my psa was high at 70.

So please anyone reading this, if you have a problem, do not hesitate to go and see your GP as soon as possible, Brian.
