Going back onto keytruda

Hello. Has anyone had a break of longer than 3 months from keytruda and then been allowed to go back on it? My consultant is saying I can't due to NICE guidelines even tho I had an excellent response. ( I stopped due to side effects which have now been resolved). Thank you for any info you might have .
