I listened to this, this morning.  Really good and pragmatic.  Two BBC journalists discussing how priorities change with life events - in particular GA being diagnosed  with cancer at 59 in 2013, how he told his wife, how his priorities changed and a little about his treatment.  You can read it on the transcript at the above link too, if podcasts aren't your thing.  Warning - gets emotional!
