It’s now a lut 11 weeks since iliostomy reversal. Original diagnosis t3 n2 m0. Five weeks chemoradio followed by surgery. Clear of nasties in November after surgery so no further treatment needed till reversal.
Recovery going well, Bm much more comfortable although some bum soreness.My .life returning to normal, eating what I want, going places that I couldn’t before, generally much much better having no bag now.
Back at gym and running building up fitness and endurance. I’ve done a video to add to my others on Facebook. Hope it helps, and for those more mature folk going through what I have I’m 71 next month. This thing ain’t going to control my life!!
