My husband was diagnosed with cancer of the oesophagus I month ago.  It is operable, however, he has heart failure and the faceless people who make these decisions are worried his heart is not up to the op.  He has to have an exercise test to check.  Has anyone on here had a partner who had to do the same and what did it entail please.
