Hahaha yeh I've been told the same , phantom pains apparently . I've had it for 3 months now pretty much , on and off and all tests have said cancer isn't back and it's all clear down there and bloods all good but something isn't right which is getting me down as I know there is . I want to know if it is a side effect of having the other testicle removed 6 years ago as I do get these pains now and again.

Hi I felt unwell for a few days and just thought I was run down then I woke up one morning and had shooting pains in my left testicle and within a hour it  was the size of a tennis ball, I went straight to a and e and they thought it maybe twisted so did a operation to untwist it as this needs to happen straight away to stop further problems with fertility etc, when they went inside me to do it they realised it wasn't twisted so when I came round from the anaesthetic they did ultra sounds, ct, and bloods etc then told me it was testicular cancer .
