I had my first chemo yesterday ,but had a planned evening last night had a couple of glasses of sangria but this morning I feel very wobbly , not sick at all but very unsteady
My mother in law is o her 7th course of chemo for breast cancer for the second time, yet she still drinks to excess. My In-laws live in Spain so the beer, wine and brandy flows quite easily. She phoned today very tipsy, to say they had their Spanish neighbours for Sunday dinner. She consumed a whole bottle of wine. This is not the first time. Sometimes my In-laws visit a local bar, after they return from the hospital. My wife is extremely *** off. They do say you can consume small amounts of alcohol, whilst you are having chemo treatment. We told her off today, but what else can we do?
