Cancer Research UK has launched its Little Star Awards for 2011-12, in partnership with TK Maxx, to celebrate the courage of children who have been diagnosed with cancer.
Parents, friends and relatives from across the UK can put forward the name of a Little Star who is dear to them for special recognition.
All nominees will receive a Little Star trophy, a t-shirt and bear, and a certificate signed by celebrities. The first 300 children nominated will also receive a £50 voucher for TK Maxx.
If you know a child aged under 18 who you want to nominate, you can use the online nomination form or print and complete a hard copy of the form and post it to us. Every child nominated will receive an award, as long as they are eligible.
If you know any inspirational young cancer patients or survivors, you can nominate them now for special recognition of their courage by visiting www.cancerresearchuk.org/littlestar
